Flocculant dosing systems ua lub luag haujlwm tseem ceeb hauv kev kho dej. Cov tshuab no npaj cov kev daws teeb meem flocculant kom tshem tawm cov khoom tshem tawm ntawm cov dej los ntawm flocculation.
Hauv no blog ncej, peb yuav tham txog lub ntsiab lus ntawm flocculant, lub hauv paus ntsiab lus ntawm kev ua haujlwm ntawm flocculant dosing systems, lawv qhov zoo, thiab qee qhov tseem ceeb uas yuav tsum tau xav txog thaum xaiv cov tshuaj flocculant.
Flocculants yog dab tsi?
Flocculants yog cov tshuaj lom neeg uas ua rau cov khoom raug tshem tawm hauv dej kom sib sau ua ke thiab tsim cov flocs loj dua. Feem ntau siv flocculants hauv kev kho dej muaj xws li alum, ferric chloride, thiab hluavtaws organic polymers.
Thaum flocculants ntxiv rau turbid dej, lawv neutralize cov electrostatic nqi ntawm cov khoom raug tshem tawm. Qhov no ua rau cov khoom ua tsis ruaj khov thiab sib tsoo nrog ib leeg, tsim flocs.
Raws li cov flocs nce hauv qhov hnyav, lawv nyob hauv qab dej saum npoo av vim lub ntiajteb txawj nqus. Cov txheej txheem no hu ua flocculation.
Flocculant Dosing Systems ua haujlwm li cas?
Flocculant dosing systems dilute concentrated kua lossis hmoov flocculants nrog dej los tsim cov tshuaj flocculant, uas yog ntxiv rau cov dej kho.
Muaj ntau hom flocculant dosing systems, suav nrog phau ntawv, semi-automatic, thiab tag nrho cov tshuab tsis siv neeg.
Los ntawm txhais tes flocculant dosing systems muaj xws li ib tug tov tank nrog ib tug stirrer los yog impeller. Tus neeg teb xov tooj ntxiv ua ntej- hnyav flocculant rau lub tank thiab sib tov nrog dej.
Semi- cov tshuab tsis siv neeg muaj lub luag haujlwm ntawm kev ntsuas qhov hnyav thiab ntxiv flocculant hmoov. Tus neeg teb xov tooj tsuas yog yuav tsum tau teeb tsa lub siab xav tau thiab pib lub tshuab.
Tag nrho cov tshuab tsis siv neeg kuj tau nruab nrog cov sensors uas tuaj yeem ntes cov flocculant concentration thiab kho nws.
Cov npaj diluted flocculant tov yog txuas ntxiv mus rau hauv cov dej kho qhov system ntawm lub metering twj tso kua mis. Los ntawm kev tswj tus nqi noj, qhov zoo tshaj plaws flocculation tiav.
Cov txiaj ntsig ntawm kev sivFlocculant Dosing Systems
Txhim kho Flocculation Efficiency: Lub kaw lus xa cov tshuaj flocculant ntawm tus nqi ruaj khov thiab tswj tau, ua rau muaj kev sib luag thiab txhim khu kev qha flocculation.
Kev Tswj Yooj Yim ntawm Flocculant Concentration: Cov concentration tuaj yeem hloov kho kom haum rau cov dej nyoos sib txawv.
Kev siv ntau dua Flocculant: Tsawg flocculant yog nkim piv rau phau ntawv ntxiv ntawm cov hmoov flocculants. Txo Cov Nqi Ua Haujlwm: Cov tshuab tsis siv neeg yuav tsum muaj kev cuam tshuam rau tib neeg tsawg.
Kev Nyab Xeeb Kev Nyab Xeeb ntawm Concentrated Flocculants: Siv ua ntej - npaj cov tshuaj diluted txo cov neeg ua haujlwm raug rau cov concentrated lossis hmoov flocculants.
Txo Qhov Chaw Cia: Kev khaws cia cov flocculants xav tau qhov chaw tsawg dua li khaws cov tshuaj diluted.
Versatile Dosing: Lub tshuab tuaj yeem siv ntau hom flocculants, xws li inorganic ntsev thiab organic polymers.
Kev txiav txim siab tseem ceeb rau Flocculant Dosing Systems
Thaum xaiv qhov kev siv tshuaj flocculant, ntau yam tseem ceeb yuav tsum tau xav txog:
Flow Rate Capacity: Xaiv lub tshuab uas tuaj yeem tswj cov dej ntws siab tshaj plaws ntawm koj qhov chaw kho dej khib nyiab. Qhov no ua kom txaus flocculant dosing txawm tias nyob rau hauv cov dej ntws siab.
Hom Flocculant: Qee lub tshuab tsuas tuaj yeem ntxiv qee hom flocculants. Xaiv lub tshuab ntau yam uas tuaj yeem ua tau txhua yam flocculants siv hauv koj cov txheej txheem.
Dosing Accuracy and Control: Xaiv lub tshuab nruab nrog cov sensors siab heev thiab kev tswj xyuas cov kev tswj kom muaj tseeb thiab ruaj khov. Automated tshuab muab kev tswj zoo tshaj plaws.
Yooj yim ntawm Calibration thiab Kev Kho Kom Zoo: Saib rau txoj hauv kev yooj yim thiab yooj yim los kho flocculant concentration yam tsis muaj kev rov ua dua tshiab.
Kev Kho: Cov cav tov nrog cov qauv yooj yim thiab tsawg dua qhov txav yuav tsum tau saib xyuas tsawg dua. Tshawb xyuas qhov muaj cov khoom seem.
Xaiv ib lub chaw tsim khoom muaj npe nrov: Xaiv lub npe zoo -paub npe paub txog qhov zoo thiab kav ntev. Tshawb xyuas los ntawm lwm cov neeg siv khoom.
Nyiaj txiag: Xav txog koj cov peev nyiaj thiab kev siv nyiaj txiag thaum xaiv ntawm phau ntawv, semi- tsis siv neeg, lossis tag nrho cov tshuab tsis siv neeg. Tag nrho cov tshuab tsis siv neeg muaj tus nqi siab dua tab sis tuaj yeem txuag tau tus nqi zog.
